The reason your supplements list 500%, 1,000%, even 10,000% of the daily recommended value is not because you need that much. It is because manufacturers know that most of it will never be absorbed. They are compensating for the liver bottleneck by flooding the system and hoping enough gets through.

The problem is that flooding your already-burdened liver with a fire hose of nutrients is not just ineffective. It is actually stressful on a system that is already working overtime. Less, in this case, is genuinely more.

What Transdermal Delivery Actually Does Differently

Transdermal means through the skin, your largest organ, directly into the bloodstream. No liver. No gut. No first-pass metabolism. Just a slow, steady release over twelve hours that your body draws from as it needs.
